SELEUKID KINGS. Antiochos III ‘the Great’, 222-187 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 28 mm, 17.08 g, 12 h), Antiochia on the Orontes, circa 222-211/0. Diademed head of Antiochos III to right. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ - ANTIOXOY Apollo seated left on omphalos, holding arrow in his right hand and resting his left on grounded bow; to outer left, monogram of ΞY. Le Rider, Antioche, 42 (this coin, A4/P26). SC 1042.1. WSM 1051. Lightly toned and struck in high relief. A few light marks, otherwise, about extremely fine.
